Inspiration Trust Battle of the Bands Competition

The Inspiration Trust Battle of the Bands competition was held this month with bands from across the schools competing in a range of categories for the different Key Stage groups as well as for cover song and original song.

After weeks of rehearsals, Cromer Academy entered 4 bands this year, with Year 8 band, The Unknowns, performing Don't Look Back in Anger, Y10 band, Chicago Girls, performing Fade Into You, Year 9 band, Fearless, performing an original song titled Now You've Gone Away and Y10 band, Apollo, performing an original song titled Dizzy. 

The standard of all performers was extremely high, and we were proud to win both the Key Stage 3 Original Song and Key Stage 4 Original Song. 

Well done to all who performed and congratulations to the winning bands Fearless (Charlie, Thaylen, Isla and Raife) and Apollo (Ruby, Anae and Freddie).
