Meet our Team

Darren is Head of House Sadler and a proud member of the Cromer community. Darren is an experienced senior teacher, originally from the North East. He has taught at schools along the North Norfolk Coast for the last decade and believes that raising aspirations and raising achievement go hand in hand in improving outcomes for our young people. Darren strongly believes in his house values and strives to instil loyalty and resourcefulness in all Cromer pupils. 

As a lover of literature, he is passionate about broadening horizons and opening minds for the pupils of Cromer Academy. He firmly believes that building relationships is the key to creating a culture of success at Cromer Academy.
