Cromer Academy will have a new Principal from September 2020

In March we shared the news that Antony Little, Cromer Academy's Principal, would be leaving to start an exciting new role at another Inspiration Trust school - and that our new Principal would be Darren Hollingsworth. Since the announcement Mr Hollingsworth has been working closely with our school to provide support and will be joining our team full-time on 1st June.

Mr Little said: "Our family of schools have been working together to deliver remote learning material, care for our children and support one another."

"During this difficult time our team has appreciated Darren Hollingsworth’s support – he’s been working closely with our school and has been incredibly valuable. I’m pleased to be leaving Cromer Academy in safe hands."

Mr Hollingsworth said: "Over the last few months I’ve been working closely with the leadership team at Cromer Academy and the current Principal Antony Little. They are an incredibly aspirational, innovative and positive team – I’m looking forward to joining them full-time.

"I’ve also been overwhelmed by the support from families, pupils and the community. I’m looking forward to meeting our community in person, once this difficult time has passed."
