Cromer Academy reuse their recycling

Cromer Academy receives funding for plastic granulator to help the academy reuse their recycling 

The staff and pupils at Cromer Academy were thrilled to receive funding for a plastic granulator and sheet making press this year.

The grant was supported by Norfolk Community Foundation through Sheringham Shoal Community Fund. The funding will contribute towards the cost of the equipment, turning waste plastic into reusable materials. 

This equipment will allow the school to recycle plastic to form plastic sheets to use for their Product Design classes. The pupils can’t wait to get started!
